Welcome to CMA’s online assessment center. To get started, enter the first username and password listed in your assessment email and click “Sign On.” You will be asked to fill out a brief Acknowledgement Form, and then you will reach a list of links to the online questionnaires you will be taking.

Your assessment email also contains a link to our online troubleshooting tips and frequently asked questions.
